本文将综合设计与施工两个方面，对预应力筋的选用、布置，锚固区的设计及构造处理，裂缝问题，侧向约束对梁轴向预压应力及柱中第三弯矩的影响，顶层大跨边柱设计等几个问题进行系统的分析研究，并在国内外研究和大量工程实践的基础上，提出了一些建议和预防措施，对此类工程设计和施工有一定的参考价值。
